Business Development Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Traction Solutions. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing sales opportunities and strategies, and contributing to the company's growth. While the role is based in Devizes, it offers flexibility for some remote work. Candidate must be familiar with contract PCBA manufacturing to a technical level and have a proven track record in sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development and sales in the contract manufacturing sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of software & hardware technologies
Experience in electronic assemblies and technological solutions
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (partly remote, partly in office)
