Production Planning Manager

Traction Solutions is looking to recruit an experienced Production Planning Manager to head up the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility in Devizes.
This is a key Company role managing a small skilled team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled to the highest quality and on time in a fast-changing environment. You will support your team with training, dealing with quality issues and problem jobs when required.
Key skills and experience required for this position:
Production management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, ideally in a batch manufacturing business and PCB assembly.
Ability to manage end-to-end processes including planning of the production schedule to fulfil customer orders
In-depth knowledge of production processes, health & safety, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Sound understanding of MRP systems and ability to evaluate and implement updates
We’re trialling working a 9-day fortnight for all the full-timers in the team and would be able to consider flexible working hours for the successful applicant.
