Traction Solutions are pleased to announce the expansion of their in-process conformal coating facility into a standalone outsource service.

We are happy to provide quotes for small to medium batch sizes and can offer brush, aerosol, spray coating and encapsulation.

Why only small to medium batches? First and foremost we have our own commitments and need to ensure our line is available for our own requirements. Secondly, we are well aware of the timescales that some specialist suppliers are quoting. We aim to provide a fast turnround as part of our standard service. Small to medium batches mean you are never more than a few days from the end of a batch. Need your boards next week? Give us a call.

Need a component replaced on a coated board? We have the facilities to remove most coatings, clean the pcb and pads, replace the component (from through hole multipole connectors to BGA’s)  and then reinstate the coating.

All our technicians work to the relevant IPC standards (610/620/001/711/721) in addition to the Companies ISO9001 and 14001 standards.
